My name is Darius Bryjka and I have been researching Mesker brothers and documenting their products since 2004. I am a project reviewer at the Illinois State Historic Preservation Office, where this effort began and still continues in the form of the ‘got mesker?’ initiative. In addition to the Meskers, I am fascinated with countless individuals, companies and products that shaped the architectural landscape of America, with a particular fondness for Modernism. Commercial/graphic arts and environmental graphics from all eras are another core area of professional and personal interest. My wife Elena and I, along with our three children, live in a 1954 ranch house in Springfield, Illinois.
